ESG’s Commitment to the Community
 
ESG is committed to supporting our community, locally, nationally and internationally. A sampling of our community involvement includes:
 
Adopt-A-Family Programs:
All employees participated with generous donations of gifts and cash, and ESG provided 100% matching funds. Families have been adopted through:
 
·          CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates)
·          Foster Families Agency
·          Kottinger Place Senior Center
 
ESG is a founding member of The Open Door Foundation, a scholarship program dedicated to helping talented young Americans with limited financial resources attain the training and the skills necessary to keep America in the technological lead
 
The Stride Center (formerly known as Street Tech) is a non-profit organization offering low cost computer training, certification, and job placement assistance for deserving adults from disadvantaged communities. ESG provides ongoing support to The Stride Center in a variety of ways, including classroom support, assisting their graduates with their job search, and financial donations.
 
Internships
ESG provides internship opportunities to high school and college students domestically and internationally.
 
Financial Support:
Numerous Youth Athletic Programs
 
Recipient of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties Silver Certificate of Appreciation for 2008 Holiday Food & Fund Drive             
 
Hiring Practices:
ESG adheres to socially responsible hiring practices offshore and supports charitable organizations in that community.
